How I keep this
What you'll find here, and what I won't pretend.
A short note on how the guides are looked after. It isn't legal advice, just the way I work.
Places and agencies come from the two guides, last checked in October 2026 against the sources named in them. If something wasn't public, I left it as not confirmed rather than guessing.
When an agency is marked verified, it means a public page could be opened. It doesn't mean I visited, certified, or personally recommend them.
Nobody paid to appear in the city guide or the nanny directory. Logos in the portfolio open the story I published. Product names are recommendations, and if a link can earn a commission, it's labelled.
Home remedies stay exactly as I wrote them, with the reminder to ask a paediatrician. I don't turn them into treatment, and I don't invent a vaccine schedule. Health questions belong with your doctor.
