Journey
It started because I was lonely in a city full of people.
I left a corporate life so I could be present with my two children, and then I built the company I wanted to belong to. AlphaBetaMumma began as a WhatsApp circle in 2023. It's a community of 15,000 mothers now. The dates below are the ones I can point to.
Before 2023
I was studying towards CA, then a Master's in the UK, then a corporate job I was proud of. Leaving it wasn't a whim.
2023
My son was about eleven months. I started a private WhatsApp circle because I wanted a village, not an audience.
April 2026
About thirty of our families spent a morning on a farm near Hosur. The Herald wrote about it a little later.
May 2026
Deccan Herald and Bangalore Mirror both sat down with the community. The Mirror also wrote about Rave & Radiate, the Mother's Day morning I made for mothers and their children. Both editions sold out.
September 2026
MomJunction's M-PACT award at Hilton Bangalore, and Mrs Social in Goa, where I was runner-up, Top 10 from this city.
Now
Fifteen thousand mothers. The guides on this site are the practical side of the same wish: that the next person doesn't have to start from zero.
